Tovuti's flagship feature is the massive library of customizable Interactive Content.
Content that engages users in different ways increases the likelihood that they retain information and enjoy lessons and courses.
For example, the Interactive Video module allows quiz questions to be overlaid on an uploaded or linked video.
The Branching Scenario module allows for user answers to trigger different videos based on the answer. This simulates different outcomes, showing various use cases to users.
With the Image Hotspots activity, a picture is uploaded and buttons are placed over the image. When clicked, the buttons provide a video or textual context to what is being shown.

Use Cases for Interactive Content
1. Scenario-Based Learning for Employee Training
Use Branching Scenarios to simulate real-world decision-making.
For example, a customer service training course could present learners with a challenging client interaction, offering multiple response options. Each choice leads to a different video or outcome, helping learners understand cause and effect and practice soft skills in a risk-free environment.
Content Types Used: Branching Scenario, Interactive Video, Dialog Cards
2. Product Education and Demonstrations
Leverage Interactive Video and Image Hotspots to create dynamic product tutorials or software walk-throughs.
Learners can click on parts of a product image to reveal details, watch short clips showing features in action, or answer embedded quiz questions to reinforce learning. This approach is ideal for customer education or internal product knowledge sessions.
Content Types Used: Image Hotspots, Interactive Video, Quiz (Question Set)
3. Knowledge Reinforcement and Assessments
Turn static quizzes into engaging learning checks by mixing Multiple Choice, Drag the Words, and Summary content types.
These activities help learners practice recall in different ways — perfect for course modules that need variety in how knowledge is assessed, or for microlearning refreshers between sessions.
Content Types Used: Multiple Choice, Drag the Words, Summary, Flashcards
4. Immersive Visual Learning Experiences
Use Virtual Tour (360) and Image Sequencing to create immersive, exploratory experiences.
For example, a healthcare organization could build a 360° tour of a hospital wing for new staff orientation, or a museum could create a virtual exhibit that visitors explore interactively online.
Content Types Used: Virtual Tour (360), Image Sequencing, Collage
Bonus Note
These examples only scratch the surface — with over 30 content types available, admins can design everything from simple knowledge checks to fully immersive simulations. Combining multiple activities within a course amplifies engagement and retention.
