For a variety of reasons, administrators may need to update the eLearning Packages they've added to Courses or Lessons on their instance.

This article outlines the following concepts:
- Upload an eLearning Package
- Replace the selected eLearning Package in a Course
- Replace the selected eLearning Package in a Lesson
To update the eLearning Package in a Course or Lesson, first, the new eLearning Package file must be uploaded to a new eLearning Package configuration. Admins may also bulk import eLearning Packages.
Updating the file in an existing eLearning Package configuration is not available as doing so may result in completion issues for some users.
Upload an eLearning Package
Navigate to Content Creation > eLearning Packages > New
Select Browse to select the new eLearning Package file from your computer's file management system
Once selected, press Upload to upload the file
Once uploaded, a confirmation message should appear on screen and the Title and Version fields should auto-populate with information from the uploaded file.
If not already present, it would be recommended to add a version number or year to the auto-populated Title, for easier identification of this eLearning Package configuration in the later steps.
Replace the selected eLearning Package in a Course
Note* Users who already completed the previously selected eLearning Package in the applicable Course should not be affected by changing the selected eLearning Package. However, users who have not completed the previously selected eLearning Package will be required to start the new eLearning Package from the beginning when they access the Course.
Navigate to Learning > Courses > Applicable Course
In the Course settings, open the Content tab, open the eLearning Package dropdown, and select the new eLearning Package configuration
Finally, Save the Course at the top of the page and the new eLearning Package should be displayed to users when accessing the Course!
Replace the selected eLearning Package in a Lesson
Note* Users who already completed the previously selected eLearning Package in the applicable Lesson should not be affected by changing the selected eLearning Package. However, users who have not completed the previously selected eLearning Package will be required to start the new eLearning Package from the beginning when they access the Lesson.
Navigate to Learning > Lessons > Applicable Lesson
In the Lesson settings, open the Content Library tab, open the eLearning Package dropdown, and select the new eLearning Package configuration
Finally, Save the Lesson at the top of the page and the new eLearning Package should be displayed to users when accessing the Lesson!
