The Questionnaire task is a tool that allows users to answer a series of questions, often designed to gather feedback, opinions, or reflections on a specific topic. The tool is versatile and can be used for a range of purposes, including surveys, evaluations, and reflective learning exercises.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Create a New Activity
Go to Content Creation > Click Interactive Content > Click New
Select Questionnaire.
Questionnaire Settings
Give this questionnaire a Title.
For each question, choose an Open-Ended Question or a Simple Multi Choice Question. Configure each question with the necessary information.
Click Add Element to create a new question.
Messages
Configure messages that appear to users.
Additional Settings
Configure additional settings such as Behavioral Settings to set how users can interact with this activity.
Click Save.
User View
The interactive content is added to a lesson through the Content & Activities tab of the Lesson editor.
