Team Leads can access different admin actions from the Team Lead Dashboard.
Team Lead User Actions include:
- Add New Users
- View a User's Learner Dashboard
- View a User's Virtual Classroom Attendance
- View a User's Learning Activity
- View a User's Transcript
- Message a User
- Edit a User
Add New Users
Click the Add User button to add a single user or the Bulk Import button to bulk add users.
To enable a Team Lead to add users to their team, go to the Team Lead Permissions tab of the User Team and enable Add Users.
View a User's Learner Dashboard
Click the Dashboard button for any user, which opens the user’s Learner Dashboard where the Team Lead can view the user’s Badges and Certificates, Checklists, Course Progress, and more.
The dashboard link is enabled in the Team Lead Dashboard tab of the User Dashboard edit view.
View a User's Virtual Classroom Attendance
Click the Attendance button for any user.
This opens the user’s Virtual Classroom attendance data, which is pre-configured to include Name, Class/Meeting, Date Attended, and Time Spent in Class. Attendance data can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file.
The attendance link is enabled in the Team Lead Dashboard tab of the User Dashboard edit view.
View a User's Learning Activity
Click the Activity button.
This shows the Activity Report. This activity report can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file.
To set which Activity Report is shown to the Team Lead, go to the Team Lead Dashboard tab of the User Dashboard edit view.
When Show team reports and Show activity reports are enabled, select which Activity report is shown to the team lead.
View a User's Transcript
Click the Transcript button.
This shows the user’s Transcript. Each of the modules of this transcript is enabled and edited in the Transcript tab of Learning Settings.
The transcript link is enabled in the Team Lead Dashboard tab of the User Dashboard edit view.
Message a User
Click the Message button.
This opens a pop-out window to send this user an in-app message.
The message function is enabled in the Team Lead Dashboard tab of the User Dashboard edit view.
Edit a User
Click the Edit button.
Edit a user’s Profile Fields, request a password reset, and update the assigned User Groups.
Enable editing and select available edit options in the Team Lead Permissions tab of the User Teams edit view.
