Transcripts allow users to review their accomplishments within the LMS. Transcripts include completed courses, attended events, earned awards, etc.
Transcripts track user progress and collect data on completed training. This fulfills requirements for Administrative teams that offer professional certifications and accreditations.
Transcripts also provide additional clarity for users regarding their learning history.

Enable Transcript in the User Menu
Go to Design > click User Portals > select a Dashboard
In the User Menu tab, enable My Transcript and provide an optional customized Label.
Only the default label is translated in the Learner Portal according to the user’s selected language. Customized labels are not translated.
User view:
Configure Data to Display in the Transcript
Go to Learning > click Settings > go to the Transcripts tab
Select if Courses are shown. Custom Course text and Course icon may be configured.
User View (default text and icon):
Admins may also select if Lesson and Activities and SCORM data are included.
Select if course data can be collapsed or if it remains expanded at all times.
User view:
Select if events are shown. Custom Event text and Event icon may be configured.
User view (default text and icon):
Select if Certificates and/or Badges are included in the transcript. If shown, then admins may configure a custom text and icon.
User view (default text and icon):
Select if Points are shown on the transcript. Select to show All Point Categories or select specific categories.
User view:
Points and their containing category are shown.
Upload an optional Default Transcript Cover image and select if Profile Images are shown.
User View:
Click Save.
Access a User’s Transcript from the Admin Portal
An Administrator may access a specific user’s transcript to check their progress, event registration, and the other items included in the transcript.
Go to the User Manager and select a user.
In the Account Details tab, click View Transcript.
