The Timeline in the User Manager allows Administrators to view different user-related activity within the LMS, and execute actions regarding these items.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Timeline Overview
To access a user’s Timeline, navigate to the User Manager and select a user.
Select the Timeline tab, and review the user timeline, which display the following information, grouped by rows:
- Administrator Actions
- Promo Code Usage
- Monthly Subscriptions (Active or Inactive)
- LMS Activity
- Event Activity
Uncheck any of the items to hide it from the timeline.
Scroll on the Timeline to zoom in or out of the date range. Drag the Timeline to center a specific date range.
Administrator Actions
In the Administrator Actions row, a history of actions performed from the Timeline are shown.
Promo Code Usage
In the Promo Code Usage row, each time the User has used a Promo Code is logged.
Subscriptions
Click a Subscription. Details of the Registration are shown.
Admin Actions for a Subscription include:
- Renew Subscription
- Pause Subscription
- Cancel Subscription
- Adjust Pay Dates (opens new modal)
- Subscription Settings (opens new modal)
LMS Activity
Click on a Course Purchase item in the LMS Activity row.
Course Purchase Details are shown, and Admins may process a refund as an Admin Action.
Event Activity
Click on an item in the Event Activity row.
Details of the Event Action are shown.

- Refund Registration
- Cancel Registration
- Check User In/Out
