There are many cases where a course must be taken multiple times. For example, a certification requires Learners to take a Course every six months. Rather than duplicating the course, Tovuti allows the Course Progress to be archived and reset, enabling the Learner to take the course again.
When an admin archives course progress, progress for eLearning Packages is also reset.
Any enabled Course Completion notifications are also reset when an Admin archive's course progress. User's will receive the notification when they complete the course again.
This article outlines the following concepts:

- Archive Course Progress in Bulk
- Track Archive History

Include Archived Progress in a Report
Archive Individual Course Progress
Go to People > Click User Manager > select a user
Select the Courses tab > click the Archive button for the course that needs to be archived > click OK in the pop-up to confirm.
Click Save.
Any Points awarded to the user from the initial completion of the Course or any Lessons are not revoked when progress is archived.
Archive Course Progress in Bulk
This use case is when an entire Course is reset so everyone who’s completed it must retake the Course. Bulk updates may also target a subset of all Students that need their course progress reset.
Go to Learning > click Courses > select a Course
Go to the Students tab. Click the top checkbox to select all students or select individual students.
Click the Archive Selected button to archive the course progress of all selected users.
Track Archive History
Archived Course Progress is tracked and shown attached to the Admin who performed the action. This is viewable in the User Manager Admin Action History.
Include Archived Progress in a Report
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Select "Education" for Report Type and "Learner Progress" for Education Report Type.
Toggle the Include Archived Activity toggle to “Yes” to include archived course data in the report.
