Use Cases for Events Configuration
1. Branding an Event Series
An admin wants to host a recurring series of training events under the same brand identity.
They use the Themes tab to apply consistent colors, banner images, and typography so every session has the same professional look and feel.
2. Managing Event Registrations and Waitlists
When a popular event reaches its capacity, the admin enables the Waiting List option in the Registration Settings tab.
This ensures learners can still sign up and automatically be notified if a spot opens.
3. Customizing Confirmation and Reminder Emails
The admin uses the Mail Settings section to personalize automated messages — including branded event confirmations and reminder emails with session details or pre-class materials.
4. Setting Up Invoice Preferences
For paid events, the Invoice Settings and Invoice Translation tabs let the admin customize invoice language, payment details, and tax labels — ideal for international or multilingual audiences.
