Effectively tracking participation in community discussions helps Tovuti administrators foster collaboration and identify engaged learners. This article guides you step-by-step in monitoring participation in community discussions across your learning environment.
Community Dashboard:
Navigate to the Social section of your Tovuti admin dashboard. From the menu under Community, select Dashboard. This central hub presents key engagement data, allowing you to investigate participation by switching between weeks or months to better understand your learners’ interactions. There is also an option to check between Stream, Photos, Videos, Events, Groups.

Filtering by Group
Within the Communities Groups tab, use the drop-down to select the specific group category that is needed to monitor. You can then view which groups are attached to those categories. This can be found at Social > Community - Dashboard > Groups tab > Group Categories.

To view the statistics for the discussion boards, go to Social > Discussion Boards - Dashboard > Statistics:
