Activity Dashboards are used by administrators to monitor and visualize student activity in a way that makes it digestible and easily utilized by admins. These dashboards are only accessible within the Analytics tab of the admin area and not viewable by Team Leads unless they have the proper admin access.
Go to Analytics > click Activity Dashboards > click New
Give this dashboard a Title, Theme, and choose which time frame will be displayed by default.
Choose which courses, users, user groups, assignments, and certificates will be displayed in this dashboard. If all of an item is to be displayed, toggle “All.”
Choose individually by toggling “Selected … Only” and selecting from the pop-up window. Check the boxes that apply for “Charts to Show” and “Data Points.”
Click Save.
Once saved, click View Dashboard from the list view to open the created dashboard.
