A Checklist Summary Report is an Educational Report type option in the Report Builder. This report allows Administrators to check the progress and completion of an assigned Checklist. The report may include multiple checklists.
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Give this Report a Name. Select Education for Report Type and Checklist Summary for Education Report Type
Select the Checklist(s) to be included in this report.
Select the Data Points to be included in this report.
Data Points include options to show data or an entire Checklist or individual Checklist Items.
The (User) data points reference individual checklist progress.
Click Save.
From the list view of reports, click Run Report to view the collected data.
