A Checklist Summary Report is an Educational Report type option in the Report Builder. This report allows Administrators to check the progress and completion of an assigned Checklist. The report may include multiple checklists.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Create Report
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Report Type
Give this Report a Name. Select Education for Report Type and Checklist Summary for Education Report Type
Select the Checklist(s) to be included in this report.
Data Points
Select the Data Points to be included in this report.
Data Points include:
- User ID (required)
- User name (required)
- User email
- Checklist name
- Checklist due date
- (User) checklist status - incomplete/complete
- (User) checklist date completed
- Checklist item name
- Checklist item type
- Checklist item due date
- (User) checklist item status - incomplete/complete
- (User) checklist item completed date
Click Save.
Run Report
From the list view of reports, click Run Report to view the collected data.
