Survey Results Reports in the Report Builder allows Admins to view collected user feedback. This can help the Admin Team gauge course quality, instructor skill-level, or any of the other data collected by survey questions.
To be able to run a Survey Results Report, the Survey must be previously built in the Content Creation section.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Create Report
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Report Type
Give this report a Title. For the Report Type field, select Education.
For the Education Report Type field, select Survey Results.
Data Fields
Check which data fields are included in the report.
- User ID (required)
- User email
- User groups
- Question
- Answer
- Submitted date
- Point value (Likert scale)
- Archive date
- Course title
- Lesson title
- Lesson activity tittle
- Event ID
- Event name
Configure the other settings for this Report including the date range, report layout, and more.
Click Save.
Run Report
To view the data in this report, click Run Report either on this page on from the list view of all created reports in the Report Builder.
