Compliance Dashboards provide a centralized way to monitor training performance across the LMS.
With dedicated dashboards for Assignments, Courses, Awards, and a Summary module, key metrics can be reviewed quickly and actions taken without navigating away from core list views or building custom reports.
These tools support proactive compliance management by simplifying access to critical data across training types and delivery methods.
This article outlines the following concepts:
- Assignment Dashboards
- Course Dashboards
- Award Dashboards
- Learning Path Dashboards
- Compliance Summary Modules
Assignment Dashboards
This dashboard view streamlines how admins access assignment performance data and communicate with learners.
Rather than building custom reports, admins can click an analytics icon from the Assignment List view to instantly see key metrics and take quick actions, like sending targeted messages to learners based on their progress or due status.
This eliminates time-consuming workflows and empowers real-time engagement without relying on external tools or rigid automation rules.
Go to Learning > click Assignments > click the dashboard icon for any configured Assignment
Each configured Assignment has its own dashboard, allowing Admins to view granular data that accurately and efficiently represents the completion rates of each Assignment.
To view cumulative Assignment data that includes multiple assignments, consider using the Assigned Courses report in the Report Builder.
The following data points are represented in modules on the dashboard:
- Completion Rate - percentage of users who have completed the assignment
- Percentage Incomplete - percentage of users who have not yet completed the assignment
-
Average Progress Rate - a cumulative percentage of user completion of this assignment
- Example: in the screenshot shown, 4 of the users have a 0% completion and 1 user has a 79% completion, resulting in the 15.8% figure shown in the dashboard module
- Total Users Assigned - based on the configuration of the original assignment
- Complete - number of users who have completed the assignment
- Incomplete - number of users who have not completed the assignment
- Courses Assigned - number of courses included in the assignment
A list of all users included in the assignment is shown below the dashboard, including their individual completion data:
