There may be courses that users need to take multiple times over their lifetime as your student. For example, students may need to take a course every six months to maintain certification. Rather than duplicating this course, Tovuti allows it to be archived and reset for a student to take again.
Go to People > Click User Manager > select the desired user
Select the Courses tab > click the Archive button for the course that needs to be archived > click OK in the pop-up to confirm.
Click Save.
The course will now be reset for this user and the previously recorded results will be archived and reportable in the Reports feature.
To include this archived course in the report, do the following:
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New or select a previously created report
In the report editor, toggle Yes in the "Include Archived Activity" option
Click Save.
