When importing content and media, Administrators have the option of setting Expiration Dates. Rather than looking at each piece of content individually, creating an Expiration Report in the Report Builder shows an overview of LMS content and when it's scheduled to expire.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Create Report
Go to Analytics > Click Expiration Report > Click New
Content Types
In the Details tab, give this report a Name, Theme, and Start and End Date Range.
Select which of the following content types are shown in the report:
Click Save.
Run Report
In the list view of Expiration Reports, click Run Report to view the included information.
