When Learners wish to end a Subscription offered by the LMS, they must first submit a request. This allows Administrators to review and be aware of when Learners are finishing or canceling their access to Learning Content contained in Subscriptions.

Subscription Requests
Go to E-Commerce > Click Subscription Requests > click View
All requests (pending or solved) appear on the list on this screen. The is filtered and sorted by the options shown in the columns of the list.
User Manager - Timeline tab
This opens the users' Timeline in the User Manager. View the user's subscription and Course timeline and complete actions for the items.
