One of the administrative duties that should have constant vigilance, is making sure that users can properly register and log in to the LMS so that their content is available. Also important is the responsibility to monitor the system for potentially fraudulent logins or Subscription signups. Both can be managed in the Failed Signups tab.
Go to E-Commerce > click Failed Signups
All recorded Failed Signups will be shown in the list. This list can be filtered by name, email, and the other columns of the list.
The following columns are those that should be considered: Name, Email, Date, and Fail Reason.
Any of the entries in this list can be selected and deleted once resolved. Suspicious Failed Logins should be investigated further by the admin team.
