This includes the responsibility to monitor the system for potentially fraudulent logins or Subscription signups.

Failed Signups List
Go to E-Commerce > click Failed Signups
All recorded Failed Signups are shown in the list. This list can be filtered by name, email, and other identifiers.
The following columns are those that should be considered: Name, Email, Date, and Fail Reason.
Delete Records
Any of the entries in this list can be selected and deleted once resolved. Suspicious Failed Logins should be investigated further by the admin team.
