All learning content created in Tovuti may be used in harmony to create a seamless experience for Learners. Including an Event in a Course integrates event material and meeting capabilities directly into the requirements of the Course.
Alternatively, Events may be added to a Course as a Lesson Activity.
The two options defined below place the Event directly in the Lesson list of the Course
Yellow Note: When adding Events to a Course, ensure that the permissions for the Course and Event are aligned. Content may be permissioned by User Groups.
Admins may associate any number of events with a particular course from the Course Editor.
Go to Learning > click Courses > select a previously created Course or click New
In the Advanced Settings tab, select one or more Events in the Associated Events field.
Configure the other settings of the Course as outlined in the Help Center article here.
Admins may add an event to any number of courses from the Event Editor.
Go to Social > click Events > select a previously created Event or click New
In the Basic Information tab, select one or more Courses in which to include this Event.
