The Dashboard gives an administrator quick access to settings, statistics, and other features of Discussion Boards. Utilize these settings to engage Learners at a higher level as they interact with one another.

Access Dashboard
Go to Social > Under the Discussion Board header, click Dashboard
Available Customizations
Within the Dashboard, access the following items to customize the Discussion Board experience:
- Categories - edit and create Discussion Board Categories
- Users - view Users in the site who have moderator access or are enabled/banned
- Files - view any attachments that have been connected to a Discussion Board
- Emoticons - view enabled emoticons or create a new emoticon
- Ranks - create and manage ranks that categorize User's engagement on the Discussion Board
- Config - configure Discussion Board Settings
- Logs - shows logs by post for user, category and topic
- Statistics - to show statistics on the user's interactions with the discussion boards
- Trash - view Discussion Board comments that have been moved to the Trash
