Administrative Teams that utilize Events as the core of a user’s learning experience often have hundreds or thousands of Events to organize. Events at scale requires a robust search system to access the correct data efficiently.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Event List View
Go to Social > click Events > click Advanced Search
Standard Search and the dropdown filters are disabled while using Advanced Search.
Available Queries
Advanced Search allows an Admin to execute a complex query based on a variety of variables. Admins may query any of the following fields:
- Title
- Event Category
- Location
- Course
Other Available Filters
Admins may select from a range in the following selectors:
- Status
- Any
- Published
- Unpublished
- Type
- Any
- Parent Event
- Child Event
- Standard
- Price
- Any
- Is (equal to)
- Less than
- Between
- Start/End Date
- Any
- Is (equal to)
- Before
- After
- Between
Click Search to return results.
