Here are the new updates we implemented this week:

New Feature

Reporting — Exclude Internal Domains from Assignment Metrics

Administrators can now keep internal or test accounts out of Assignment Dashboard counts and related reports. A new Exclude these domains from reporting field under Configuration > General accepts one or more email domains; users whose email address matches an excluded domain are left out of the metrics. This feature is available upon request with your Client Success Manager or the Support team.

Why it's awesome:

Assignment completion percentages reflect the people who are actually meant to take the training, so administrators no longer have to explain numbers inflated by support, vendor, or test logins.

 

Bug Fixes

  • eLearning Packages — Fixed an issue where a learner could pass a SCORM package but the course did not register as complete, and the recorded score could drop after a page refresh. Completions that failed to save before this fix are not repaired retroactively; contact Support if historical completions are missing.
  • Enrollments — Fixed an issue where the Enrollments dashboard counted Learning Path courses that had been unpublished or marked not required, so learners who had finished all required content still showed as incomplete and completed counts were under-reported.
  • Events — Fixed an issue where some Events created after July 1, 2026 could not be viewed when French was the selected language and redirected to a broken categories page instead.

 

API Updates

  • GET — Users, Events, Purchase Orders (exclude custom fields): The exclude=customFields parameter now works on the Users, Events, and Purchase Orders list and detail endpoints, so integrations can skip custom field data they don't need for leaner, faster responses. User custom field values can then be fetched separately from the metadata custom field values endpoint using objectType=users.
  • GET — Users (exclude teams): The Users endpoint now accepts an optional parameter to omit team membership from the response, reducing payload size and response time for large user exports. Behavior is unchanged when the parameter is not supplied.
  • Bug Fix — Assessment Questions: Fixed an issue where the before/after timestamp filters on the assessment questions endpoint did not return the expected results. Date-bounded queries against this endpoint now filter correctly.
