New Feature

Certificate Designer — Multiple Course Completion Dates

The Certificate Designer now supports dynamic placeholder tags for multiple specific course completion dates, so a single certificate can display a learner's completion timeline across several courses in a learning journey.

Why it's awesome:

Admins can issue comprehensive, multi-course certificates that tell the full story of a learner's journey — without stitching together separate certificates.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Team Lead Dashboard — Fixed an issue where course completion and assignment counts on the Team Lead Dashboard did not match the numbers shown in the admin user profile and the Learner portal.
  • Reporting — Fixed an issue where running a Checklist Summary report on large data sets returned a 500 error.
  • Compliance Dashboard — Fixed an issue where the "Assigned Date" on Compliance Dashboards could display the current date instead of the original assignment date.

API Updates

  • NEW — Exclude Query Parameter: Several endpoints now accept an exclude query parameter, letting integrators opt out of embedded referenced datasets (for example, customFields) to return leaner responses.
