New Feature

Team Lead Dashboard — Archive Learner Progress

Team Leads can now archive a learner's course progress directly from the Team Lead Dashboard, without needing sub-admin access to the admin panel. This feature is available upon request with your Client Success Manager or the Support team.

Once enabled, it can be toggled for individual User Teams by enabling the "Archive Course Progress" toggle in the Team Lead Permissions tab in the User Team configuration. 

Why it's awesome:

Team Leads get exactly the control they need over their team's progress without the complexity — and the security exposure — of full admin-panel access.

 

New Feature

Transcripts — U.S. DOL Apprenticeship Compliance Fields

Administrators running apprenticeship programs can now generate transcripts with the additional reporting, identification, and verification fields required to meet U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) apprenticeship audit standards.

Why it's awesome:

Apprenticeship program administrators can produce audit-ready transcripts straight from Tovuti, removing a manual compliance-reporting burden.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Courses — Fixed an issue where enabling "Show custom course fields" without selecting a field returned a 500 error on every course and learning-path page for the tenant.
  • Courses — Fixed an issue where per-course custom-field chips ignored the tenant's selected-fields list and hid selected fields that weren't published.
  • Notifications — Fixed an issue where password-reset request emails were not sent, preventing affected users from resetting their passwords.
  • Events — Fixed an issue where registering for a Zoom event through a lesson event activity redirected to the Tovuti registration page instead of the Zoom registration page.
