Here are the new updates we implemented this week:
Bug Fixes
- Checkpoints / Forms — Fixed an issue where a required "Radio" field could be skipped, allowing a form to be submitted incomplete. These submissions became stuck "In Progress" — unable to be edited and never routed to approvers. Required Radio fields are now properly enforced before a form can be submitted.
- Forms — Fixed an issue where a long response in a "Textbox" field could overlap and obscure other fields on the form, creating layout problems for the person filling it out.
- Events — Fixed an issue where required custom fields (such as phone number) on an event registration could be left blank, allowing people to register without providing required information — and leaving those fields missing from the registrant details in the admin panel.
- Assignments — Fixed an issue where users who met an assignment's criteria after its end date were still counted as assigned, causing them to appear incorrectly in Assignment reports and on Compliance and Overview Dashboards.
- Integrations / BambooHR — Fixed an issue where automatic user de-provisioning did not disable the corresponding Tovuti account when an employee was terminated in BambooHR, even with "Enable Auto User Deprovisioning" turned on. Terminated users are now correctly deactivated.
