Events Configuration allows Tovuti administrators to configure general settings that are applied across all created Events. One of these sections is the Event Email Settings.
All Event email notifications are BLOCKED 1 hour after the end date and time of an Event. This excludes the “Mass Mail” option in the Events Module and Email Notifications.
This article outlines the following concepts:
General tab
Go to Social > Click Configuration > stay in the General tab
Email Settings section
Scroll down to Email Settings.
Changing settings in this section will override any settings previously configured within specific events. Specifically, the option selected in "Event-Related Emails" sets the standard for how these emails are sent/not sent.
Available Statuses
Enable: all previously enabled/created emails in an individual event will be sent.
Only send emails to admin: all previously enabled/created emails in an individual event will be sent to admins only.
Only send emails to registrants: all previously enabled/created emails in an individual event will be sent to registrants only.
For the above options, make sure to configure the remaining settings in the section.
Selecting Disable will hide all other email settings and completely disable event-related messages to both registrants and admins.
Click Save.
