Here are the new updates we implemented this week:

NEW FEATURE

SCORM Full Width Display

Admins can now enable a full width display mode for SCORM content in courses and lessons. When turned on, the SCORM iframe expands to fill the entire content area — removing surrounding elements like the header image, title, due date notices, and other lesson items — creating a cleaner, more seamless experience for learners whose only touchpoint is the SCORM content itself.

The setting is controlled globally in Learning > Settings, with the option to override it on a per-course or per-lesson basis. It is off by default and will not affect any existing content unless an admin explicitly enables it.

Why it's awesome:

Many organizations use Tovuti purely as a delivery vehicle for SCORM packages — the surrounding course or lesson UI adds visual clutter rather than value. Full width display removes that friction, giving learners a native, distraction-free experience while making better use of the available screen space.

Why it's awesome:

Admins have a greater ability to make edits reports when necessary. 

 

Bug Fixes

  • New accounts that are disabled no longer send welcome emails

  • When Courses are marked as complete for a User through the User Importer, any Learning Paths with the same Course(s) selected that are assigned to the User are updated accordingly with the completed Course information.

  • Administrators can Refresh user Course Progress

  • BambooHR, Workday, ADP integrations both save and sync correctly

  • Updating the points value for an award or enabling "Award Points" for an award that has already been earned by users, does not result in a 500 error on the Transcript page.

  • When user has a private subscription, the subscriptions goes past the processing phase.

  • Data Migration Fix: When Users answer questions within a Quiz correctly, the User's score is reflected within the Lesson (allowing Users to complete Lessons & Courses that have required Quizzes), and the Quiz Results page shows the correct scoring.
