Tovuti Remains Operational during the Global Service Degradation

[6-12-2025 1:45 PM MT] We have noticed multiple services across the internet are degraded worldwide impacted by a Google Cloud Service Disruption. We want to ensure we are monitoring and Tovuti remains up and operational at this time. There are services that may be impactful to your sites, such as YouTube and Vimeo, among others. The MOYO button in the bottom right corner of the admin panel is also affected by this disruption.

Checkpoints

The Checkpoint feature is a comprehensive upgrade to Tovuti's form and approval capabilities, introducing a more structured and powerful way to manage learner submissions, approvals, and reviews.

Checkpoint is currently a Beta feature and must be turned on for an Admin to gain access. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for access to this feature.

Why it's awesome:

Admins are able to perform high-stakes assessments that otherwise can't be completed with standard quizzes and evaluations. Examples of high-stakes assessments include:
  • Capstone project evaluations
  • Certification validations
  • Internal performance reviews
  • Competency assessments
  • Role-based compliance checklists

FedRamp Updates

New Features & Enhancements

  • Flexible Learning Paths: A new "Learning Paths" editor allows administrators to easily reorder courses and content via a streamlined side-panel interface.
  • Multiple Instructors: Lessons now support more than one instructor, allowing for collaborative teaching and better staff representation.
  • Advanced Team Logic: Administrators can now use "Any/All" logic for User Teams, providing more granular control over how users are assigned to groups.
  • Improved eLearning Syncing: We have updated how the platform handles eLearning packages to ensure learner progress and versions remain perfectly in sync across sessions.
  • Faster Reporting: The Checklist Summary report has been optimized to generate results faster, eliminating previous timeout issues for high-volume data.


System Improvements & Security

  • Performance & Reliability: We have implemented several "under-the-hood" updates to improve email delivery speeds, ensure consistent subscription access, and stabilize certificate generation.
  • Security Hardening: In alignment with FedRAMP standards, this release includes comprehensive security patches, including enhanced data encryption and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
