Courses may need to be taken multiple times over the lifetime of a user.
For example, a certification requires Learners to take a Course every six months. Rather than duplicating the course, Course Progress can be archived and reset, enabling the Learner to take the course again.
Admins may also archive individual Lesson activities.
While Course Progress can be archived individually, Admins may also archive progress for multiple users simultaneously. This article outlines this bulk archive process with the following concepts:
Bulk Archive Progress
Go to Learning > click Courses > select a Course
In the Learner progress tab, click the Archive Selected button to archive the course progress of all selected users. Or, click Archive All to archive course progress for all users on the list (all pages).
Track Archive History
Archived Course Progress is tracked in the User Manager Admin Action History. The Admin who performed the bulk archive is shown.
Include Archived Progress in a Report
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Select "Education" for Report Type and "Learner Progress" for Education Report Type.
Toggle the Include Archived Activity toggle to “Yes” to include archived course data in the report.
