Tovuti Remains Operational during the Global Service Degradation

[6-12-2025 1:45 PM MT] We have noticed multiple services across the internet are degraded worldwide impacted by a Google Cloud Service Disruption. We want to ensure we are monitoring and Tovuti remains up and operational at this time. There are services that may be impactful to your sites, such as YouTube and Vimeo, among others. The MOYO button in the bottom right corner of the admin panel is also affected by this disruption.

Tovuti Meeting (Virtual Classroom) Specifications

Tovuti Virtual Classroom allows Admins to host live, interactive training sessions directly within the LMS. Admins can choose Tovuti Meeting as the platform to manage and track attendance without third-party tools.

 

When configuring Virtual Classrooms, Admins may select Tovuti Meeting as the meeting platform. 

Tovuti Virtual Classroom supports the following attendee specifications:

 

Setting Description
Webinar mode Up to 100 attendees (no webcams)
Meeting mode Up to 25 attendees (max 10 webcams)
Max Presenters 5
Concurrent Meetings 2
Max Duration 8 hours

Attendance duration for all Virtual Classrooms is tracked on a four-minute cycle. This can create a slight margin of error that should be considered when viewing attendance reports.
