Course Events require additional reporting for Admins to track event registrants, registration dates, purchases, and other data points.
Course Events data is reportable in the Report Builder and the Sales Dashboard.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Include Course Event Data in a Transaction Report
Go to Analytics > click Report Builder > click New
Give this report a Name. Select Transactions for Report Type.
Select the desired general Data Points for this report.
Scroll down. Select which Learning Content Data points to include. These data points pull information on the Courses in which the Event exists.
Learning Content Data points include:
- Course Name
- Course ID
- Subscription Name
- Subscription ID
- Event Name
- Event ID
- Event Start Date
- Event End Date
- Event Type
- Registrant Name
- Registrant ID
- Registrant Email
- Event Registered Status
- Event Registered Checked-in Status
Enable Include Course Events.
Click Save and Close.
From the Report Builder list, click Run Report.
Click the dropdown arrow for a recorded Course. The Course Event information included is shown.
Course Events in the Sales Dashboard
Go to E-Commerce > click Sales.
A dropdown arrow is shown for all course purchases that include at least one Course Event. Admins can click the dropdown arrow to review the related event information.
Columns included in the Course Event dropdown include:
- Course Event (name)
- Event Start Date
- Event End Date
- Event Type
- Registrant Name
- Registrant ID
- Registrant Email
- Registered (registration status)
- Checked In (checked in status)
