Overview Dashboards allow Administrators to create customizable dashboards that may include any of 200+ data sources with a variety of visualization options. The data sources provide totals, averages, percentages, etc.; supporting a variety of advanced reporting use cases.

Example Overview Dashboard
Create a New Overview Dashboard
Go to Analytics > click Overview Dashboards > click New
Click Edit Dashboard to begin configuration
Single Numbers
A Single Number data point is reflected as a node that pulls in a single data point. In the Single numbers tab, click Add single number.
Give this data point a Title and Data Source.
Charts
Charts are a robust way of visualize data in a variety of ways. In the Charts tab, click Add chart.
For Chart visualizations; give the chart a Title, select the Chart Type, and select multiple Data Sources for each bar or section to be represented. Also select if the chart should be viewed at the full width of the page.
Available chart types include:
1) Bar Chart (vertical) - shown in “Full-Width”
2) Area Chart
3) Bar Chart (horizontal)
4) Line Chart
5) Donut Chart
6) Pie Chart
7) Radar Chart
Settings
In the Settings tab, give this Dashboard a Name and Description.
Admins can apply various Filters to this dashboard so that only data from those segments are pulled in. Filters include: User Groups, User Objects, and Courses.
Admins can set that All user groups are required (of the selected) for data to be pulled into the dashboard.

- BizLibrary Content [Courses]
- eLearning Package Content [Courses]

- Revenue [Courses]

Experiment with different data sources to discover the most powerful dashboards for your team.
Data Sources that do not include time-tracking are not affected by the Time Range.
