Collecting feedback from Learners is critical to ensuring a successful learning program. Tovuti offers a Course Comments feature, where Administrators can review comments from users and learn how to improve a Learner's experience.

Enable Course Comments in Learning Settings.

This article outlines the following concepts:

Comments List View

Go to Learning > click Course Comments

A list of Course Comments is shown. This list can be filtered and ordered by the different columns. A comment can be clicked to view more details.

Any comment that is deemed inappropriate by the admin team may be unpublished by clicking the check box next to the comment and clicking the Unpublish button.

Comment Edit View

Comments may also be unpublished by clicking on the individual comment.

Toggle "Unpublished" for the Published field and click Save.
