Email notifications allow admins to send updates to directly where Users spend the most time, their phones or personal device. Announcements and information about their progress can be built and sent directly to them.
Go to Communications > Click Email Notifications > Click New
Give this notification a title, description, designate to which brand it will be sent, and build the email with the subject and message.
In Schedule, set the time and date this email will be sent. Choose whether this will be a one-time send or if it will be recurring.
In Recipients, choose to which of your users this email will be sent. Add conditions to this email by clicking on the green “+” button.
In Create a Report to Send, designate settings to show the activity of this email send.
Click Save.
