To ensure that users’ information, course progress, and learning materials are secure, Tovuti Administrators can enable and customize different security measurements when users log in.
This article outlines the following concepts:
Details tab
Go to Configuration > Click Security
In the Details tab, set if Users can Upload their own Avatars.
Login Settings
Set if there is a Limit Number of Failed Login Attempts. Select the Max Number of Failed Login Attempts and the Waiting Period before a User can attempt again.
If applicable, Enable Two-Factor Authentication and designate the resulting settings.
Password Settings
Set if Password Strength settings are enabled. Set numbers for Minimum Characters, Minimum Uppercase, Lowercase, Special characters, and Numbers.
Select zero (0) to disable a certain strength option.
Click Save.
