Your assigned Coach will assist and guide your learning towards mastering Tovuti! You will receive 4 calls, up to 60-minutes each, in a 30 day timeframe to be sure you get the best start to your new site!
PRO Tips for getting the most out of your coaching calls:
Schedule out your calls once a week
Do your homework - the calls are designed to have you work on your site as we move through the content. The more you build the more we have to talk to you about.
Be sure to do your best to include all members of your administrative team on the calls

Your First Course of Many: Building Content
- Access for administrators: how to make sure the necessary team members have access so they can start building content
- How to build a basic Course with Tovuti:

- Introducing: The Onboarding Checklist through Moyo Admin Button

Your Look and Feel: The Design Center & Branding
- Overall Design: Brands & Quick Start
- Homepage: Landing Page & Login Page
- User Experience: User Portal & User Dashboard
Call 3 | During Week Three
Your Learners & Path: Adding Users
- Adding users: User Manager (1 by 1), User Importer (Bulk Import)
- How to create User Groups
- User Groups for Course permissions and assignments
- User Groups are primarily for content, User Teams are for delegation. User Teams allow your team leads to supervise other users.
- Team Lead & how to turn on the Team Lead Dashboard
- How to create Checklists
- How to create and use Certificates & Awards
Call 4 | During Week Four
You will be introduced to some additional features available in Tovuti that you can use to add another layer to your user's experience!
Finally, our Tovuti Coach will introduce you to the Post-Onboarding Support options that are available to you. This includes Tovuti Client Success, Tovuti Services, and Tovuti Support.
