Course Receipt Auto Notification
This feature will automatically send a receipt to any user that purchases one of your courses. Read on to learn more!
1. To get started, select Administrator Options from the drop down menu in the right corner of the screen.
2. Next, select Communications from the navigation menu on the left.
3. Select Auto Notifications.
4. Click the New button.
5. Choose Course Purchase from the Alert Type drop-down menu.
6. Name your notification (just a heads up, this is a required field!)
7. If you want to have the same course receipt template sent for every course purchase, leave the Selection Type set to All. If you want it sent for a specific course only, click on Selected Items Only, then select Select Courses.
8. The Select Course box will open. Choose the desired course and then press Select in the top right corner.
9. Now create the Subject Title and edit the body of the receipt however you want!
10. Most importantly, after all this hard work, don't forget to scroll up and press Save!
